RETURNS & REFILLS
Send back your empty jars any time, or return a product within 30 days of delivery. Both start in the same place: our returns portal, using your order number and the email or postcode you used at checkout. Return postage is free.
OUR 30-DAY GUARANTEE
Skin takes time, and we would rather you tried Star Seed properly than worried about it. If your skin does not feel calmer and more comfortable within 30 days of delivery, send the jar back, even if you have used some, and we will refund you.
Applies to your first purchase of each product, including your first subscription order.
Start your return within 30 days of delivery in the returns portal and choose Return a product.
Return postage is free. Use the Royal Mail label (and QR code) from the returns portal.
We refund the product price and any delivery charge you paid, to your original payment method or as store credit if you prefer, within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
CHANGED YOUR MIND?
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, including delivery. Return postage is free.
SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR ORDER?
If a product arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email hello@starseednatural.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you, and cover any return postage.
IF YOUR SKIN REACTS
Stop using the product, rinse the area, and email us with a photo and your order number. We will refund you under the guarantee and pass the details to our safety assessor. If the reaction is severe, seek medical advice.
REFILLS AND EMPTY JARS
Our jars are Italian glass with beechwood lids, made to be used again.
1. Your new Forest Cream, Moon Cream or Star Glow Serum arrives in a fresh jar or bottle.
2. Dry wipe your empty jar and lid until clean.
3. Pack them in the box your new order came in.
4. Open the returns portal, enter your order number and choose Send back empties.
5. Drop the parcel at any Post Office.
There is no time limit on sending back empties. We inspect, clean and sterilise every jar and lid before it is used again.
