These Terms apply to your use of www.starseednatural.com (the "Website") and to any order you place with us. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your personal data. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

 

 

1. USING OUR WEBSITE

 

1.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on the Website when you place an order applies to that order.

 

1.2 All content on the Website, including text, images, logos and trademarks, belongs to Star Seed or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

 

1.3 You must not use the Website unlawfully, including to send spam, attempt to hack it, infringe anyone's intellectual property, or give false information.

 

1.4 We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites we link to.

 

1.5 We aim to keep the Website available but cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

 

 

2. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

 

2.1 Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch.

 

2.2 We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price is clearly wrong. If we do, we will refund any payment in full.

 

2.3 Prices include VAT. Standard UK delivery is free; next-day delivery is £5. Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

 

2.4 Payments are handled by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your card details.

 

2.5 Discount codes (including MYREFILL5) cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time. Each code applies on the terms shown when it is issued.

 

 

3. DELIVERY

 

3.1 Delivery times shown are estimates. If your order has not arrived within 14 days of dispatch, contact us and we will resend it or refund you.

 

3.2 Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

 

3.3 For orders outside the UK, you are responsible for any import duties and taxes.

 

 

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS

 

4.1 A subscription delivers your chosen product at the interval you select (every month, every 6 weeks, or every 2, 3, 4 or 5 months) at the subscription price shown, currently 15% below the one-time price.

 

4.2 We take payment shortly before each delivery is dispatched. We will tell you in advance of any price change.

 

4.3 You can skip a delivery, change its frequency or cancel at any time from your account ("View your subscription") or by emailing us. Changes made before your next payment date apply to that delivery.

 

4.4 The satisfaction guarantee (section 5) applies to your first subscription order of each product.

 

 

5. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

5.1 Our Returns & Refills Policy, at starseednatural.com/returns, explains how to return a product, our 30-day satisfaction guarantee and how to send back empty jars. It forms part of these Terms.

 

5.2 Your legal right to cancel. You can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. This right does not apply to sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery, for health and hygiene reasons. Our satisfaction guarantee goes further than this right and does not replace it.

 

5.3 Faulty or damaged goods. If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. After 30 days you still have rights to a repair, replacement or partial refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

 

 

6. USING OUR PRODUCTS SAFELY

 

6.1 Our products are cosmetics for external use on the skin only. Keep out of reach of children.

 

6.2 Natural ingredients can cause reactions in some people. Before first use, apply a small amount to a discreet area, such as the inner forearm, and wait 24 hours.

 

6.3 If irritation occurs, stop using the product, rinse the area and contact us. Seek medical advice if the reaction is severe.

 

6.4 Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. If you have a skin condition, allergies, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, please speak to a healthcare professional before use.

 

6.5 Always check the full ingredient list on the product page or packaging before use.

 

 

7. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU

 

7.1 We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.

 

7.2 We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights as a consumer.

 

7.3 We supply products for domestic and private use only. We are not liable for business losses.

 

7.4 We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. If this happens, we will contact you and you may cancel and receive a refund for products not yet delivered.

 

 

8. LAW AND DISPUTES

 

8.1 These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.

 

8.2 If you have a complaint, please contact us first at hello@starseednatural.com. We aim to reply within 2 working days.
