- Dry-wipe your empty jar and lid, then place them back inside the refill box.

- Take your parcel and QR code to any Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Parcelshop. They will scan the code and print the return label for you.
- We will inspect, clean, sterilise and reuse every suitable jar before it begins its next life.
